It’s a little-known\, small-production wine that’s grown mostly in the scenic hills of Montefalco. This rich\, high-tannin wine is hard to find in the U.S. and rarely available by the glass. At Donato & Co.\, adventurous wine drinkers have a wonderful opportunity to taste one of Italy’s best-kept secrets\, Sagrantino\, paired with its ultimate food complement\, steak.\n\nNow through May 15\, order Grilled New York steak\, braised with butter beans\, Treviso and aged balsamico paired with a glass of Sagrantino for $45.
